Turns out the fuse was bad after all. I don't know why it's mounted directly underneath the heatsink, making observation or removal very difficult. ;)

I have a PC-Engine which does not output any video or audio, either by the RF output or the composite A/V connector on the IFU-30 unit.
On it's own, the CD-ROM drive and IFU-30 work, and output CD ... |

I've written an example program that shows how to get the VDC to output a somewhat interlaced display. It looks great on a monitor, but the effect won't work in an emulator, of course:

Does anyone know how much RAM the Tennokoe 2 adapter has, and if it's compatible with the SuperGrafx? I've heard it has more than 2K, but I doubt it could be any larger than 8K.

the HES lacks many things: most notably an efficient built-in header (to get rid of the M3U playlist) and a configurable audio volume (especially for the noise channel).
