Emerald Dragon Translation - Tech help wanted

I don't know if it's all ADPCM - but it's easy enough to find if you have the time (unfortunately, I don't). Just use NightWolv's Turborip, and listen to the WAV files. If there are voices, it is not all ADPCM.

I don't really care if there is a dub project made for this, as long as there is a text translation of what is said (similar to the current state of the Ys IV translation).

However, I will support the effort by supplying whatever tools and materials I have. I just can't devote a large amount of additional time to it, since it would detract from the translation of other games' text.

I totally understand, I mean, as it is for me, it'd be another big chunk of my time, if I were involved in a dub project, when I have other things I'm working on for Frozen Utopia. If someone down the line wants to do it, I'll help in any way I can.
