I noticed that when I loaded up the newest version of Magic Engine I get all these weird polygon things. they cover everthing. This probably a small bug that can fixed easily, but how? please tell me how to disable these things.

Never got nothing like that over here before, neither on directx or opengl mode. Try the other mode (directx is default in pr10, you MUST edit your pce.ini to change modes) and/or upgrade/downgrade your graphic card drivers.
Also, make sure you have the latest directx version installed.
