So, I found a homebrew game, and the files in the .rar are a combination of .cue, .mp3, and .iso. Toast will not recognize anything except .bin/.cue so it will not burn. I remember doing this with Nero (or possibly CDRwin) with Windows, but I'm not sure of the programs to use for OSX.. Thanks in advance for any help!
