| Game Express card is used to play those perverted hacker games, haha. To get it to work you need one of the hacker games discs or iso. |

You're thinking of the Arcade Card, which is the most powerful expansion card out there. |

The Games Express card is a system card that allows CD games developed by Games Express to run on a Super CD-ROM based console. Those games are mildly erotic (not "prono") and perfectly legit. In his excitement, Turbo D probably mixed up Games Express with other unlicensed companies like Playco or Hacker International.
