| What type of Zelda like games are their on the PCE, except for Neutopia (and I’m not talking about Ys, that’s an action rpg)? I’m talking about action adventure, exploring, backtracking and collecting items & upgrades. |

| Try Dungeon Explorer II. It isn't as close to Zelda as Neutopia, but it is a lot of fun to play. |

Dungeon Explorer 2 is more of a gauntlet rpg game than a Zelda game.
Fray and Valkery are like linier Zelda shooters, and Xanadue2 (some of the best graphics I’ve seen on PCE, but needed higher resolution) & Magicole are more level progression (no back tracking) games.
I was looking at the PCE CD list and found two games that look like Zelda types, but I’m not sure. “Star Breaker” and “Ruin kami no isam”.
Any one knows of these games? |

So except for Neutopia 1, 2 and hopefully 3 there are no Zelda type games for the PCE like the other two consoles.
That sucks!
Also when I mean Zelda type I mean any view (like Metroid, Landstalker). |

Metroid and Landstalker are not "Zelda like".

Sure they are. You run around killing things and collecting powerups.

| Ok, Zelda like (top view), metroid like (side view), even though play mechanics are different they still have the basic formula which is exploring & backtracking in a large world, solving puzzles, collecting power ups and items to help you progress into new areas and also finding secrets. |
