I've just published a new update to my site and added the following reviews:
PC Engine : Dekoboko Densetsu, Exile II, Motoroader MC.
Super Famicom : Ashita No Joe, G.O.D, Goof Troop, Melfand Stories, Pipe Dream, Spark World, Kigurumi Daibouken.
I've also a new article about Bandai's Kasetto Sentai and some new video game illustrations.
Please let me know what you think
On a different note I'm not sure if I'll be able to spend as much time on the site as before. It's a sort of dilemma for me, the site's traffic has been going down for over a year - is it related to a lack of interest in these old games or just me who needs to advertise the site more? I'm not sure. But I have a lot of other things going on which generates more interest than Video Game Den. But don't worry, the site will be online for a long time and I will update it from time to time - probably at a higher frequency but with less content... _________________

Pretty interesting article, would definitely be neat to play them a real (albeit tiny) famicom
Sorry to hear you lost of interest in the site. I've only found it recently but have been enjoying reading your reviews. I can understand it though. Good luck with the rest of your projects!
(Also Ashita no Joe and Kigurumi Daibouken don't work in this post, they work fine though on the side bar of the SNES review page though) |

Thanks for your feedbackEsperKnight, I really appreciate it - I really love finding little things like these robots. I'm such a geek
I haven't really lost interest in the website, it's just that I've been re-evaluating all the projects I'm working on and I had to cut some of them off based on people interest/recognition... but VGDen is here to stay and I will still update it from time to time.
Thanks for pointing out the broken links, I've just fixed them _________________

A nice update, as always. I like (besides the great PC-Engine reviews) your passion for some rare/bizarre Japanese SFC gems. Great stuff. |

Thanks Retro-Nerd
I've just received a couple of SFC games I had never seen before - I wanted to take on break from the site but my urge to share these games with the community is stronger. I have to reviews them now !!!!... _________________

Hopefully you wont lose too much interest in the site. I am loving the Turbo Grafx/PCengine section. Would love to see more manuals added. |
