i am just wandering if u put a audio cd in the drive dvd or cdr will it play because i have tried and it does not accses the drive is this normal or is there something i am not doing also when i press start on the joy pad it sometimes locks up because of this i am worried incase a retail turbo duo cd will not accses in 1 of my drives when i put the audio cd in the drive it will tell u how many songs r on the disk but it will not run any help please

You must use a system card : I can't recommend system card 3.0 enough.

To listen to music :

1: put you favorite music cd in your primary cd-rom.
2: run Magic Engine.
3: load system card 3.
4: push 'run'.
5: knock yourself out.

Those instructions are based on my belef that you want to listen to music through Magic Engine, and that you have, and know how regular PCE cd's work...

thanks 4 reply i have tried doing what u suggested but all i get is the screen that shows information about whats in the drive and when i press run nothing happens sometimes it will freeze altogether and i have 2 re boot stuck help i want 2 by cds 4 it eg gate of thunder but if i can not get an audio 2 spinn up i will be wasting my money

I notice you mention a "retail Turbo CD". If by any chance you're using a copy, then the burn is bad. Try loading ME, boot the Syscard 3, and then insert and Audio Cd. Make sure you have disabled "Auto insert" in your CPU to prevent any media player from playing the CD. Press run, and if you get the PCE Music CD Player, then the game CDs are the faulty ones.
