I have analyzed your savestate and found out If Adol's Level is higher than 50 It seems there occurs mathematical errors on Str,Def.(You cannot reach more than 50 Level without cheat control.)
The solution is to lower Adol's Level than 50(change 689C55 value to 49 or 48 ) and kill only one monster in field to get back to 99999 Exp.I have checked this solution I am able to beat down last boss with 50 Level.

It is better to use Only EXP cheat than to use EXP with level cheat.

and During savestate analysis, I found out more cheat with cheat engine.

Sword= 689C27:xxx
Armor= 689C28:xxx
Shield= 689C29:xxx

xxx=127 Cleria and other sword (without El doran sword)
xxx=255 El doran and other sword (without Cleria sword)

Magic=689C2A:xxx xxx=63 or 127 or 255 All equipment
Ring=689C2B:xxx

Time=689C1E:xxx 689C1F:xxx
689C1E value is second units and 689C1F is 256 second units
(for E.g 99min 59sec is 689C1E:111 689C1F:23.
99*60+59=5999sec, 23*256+111=5999)

I also have the following codes for Super Darius (CD), but the only flaw is that you do not retain any power ups inc shield orbs.

Battle Ace is really crazy hard to find out cheat code. But Thanks to hundreds of trials, I finally know invincibility.

Battle ace code.

*you can jump to selected stage with F90E17:1(your airplane must be dead to jump to selected stage.)

I tried Super Darius and found whenever Player airplane bump into enemy or rocks,any power ups or shield will be lost,even if enable invincibility cheat.It seems to be originally programed.I'm not able to deal with any programming relate stuff.I'm only able to basic hex manipulation.
But I have known japanese PC-Engine cheat code site and there is a quite number of cheat code*

I checked Cosmic Fantasy 2, It is incredibly hard to found out encounter hex address with my hex manipulation ability. I'm perhaps not able to locate this hex address for CF2.

I'll go through other game's code in the near future .

I am trying to use these cheats on a turbo everdrive now
As Ys 4 has proven to be pain.most of the time ME codes work directly.

Unfortunately not in this case even with you updated codes.
Using the 689 value.
When finding codes in Mednafen I get a 3000A4xx.xx
The last two addresses always match what you found.
Most codes I found on my own can be replaced with F826xx..xx(as found in most ME codes)

Any pointers to what the off set may be

As for Ys4 I posted a bram state I imported over to my turbo everdrive to complete the game.

I am now super curious if it's a matter of conversion or is it an address limitation of the ever drive pro?

on the SD card for the everdrive there should be a cheat.txt file if its extractable or viewable I can see the code format the ED is using.
