Hello,
I already config the gamepad before and it works good. However it suddenly doesn't work today. The margic engine always detect a button pressed (continueously) from the gamepad. Say the right button. So when I playing a game, I cannot control it.
I just wonder if someone know whats wrong with the margic engine or something wrong with my computer?
Also I got my gamepad works good in Windows and other emulators.
Thanks

Hello,
Are you saing that the auto-fire of my gamepad or the mis-configuration of the auto-fire property of magic engine?
I don't think the problem is about the auto-fire of my gamepad, because magic engine detect the Up, or Right button pressed and NOT the A or B button.
Also I tried to install the magic engine with my gamepad in another computer and it works great. Than I re-install the magic engine and the game pad in my computer, but it still doesn't work. So I just wonder if you have an idea about this.
Thanks

My mistake, I overlooked the fact that it also seems to happen to your cursor pad. (Besides, even if the auto-fire was accidentally activated, it wouldn't be effective unless you'd press the A or B button...)
This is quite weird indeed |

You can try to change the auto_calibration option in the pce.ini file, this option doesn't do much but sometimes it helps. _________________ David Michel |
