If you enable the use_rom_file_name option, the names in the game lister are not ordered alphabetically but are ordered according to the ME built-in filename database. |

I checked the code, I do the same things as in the old version, screensavers should be disabled when you play... I will run one and see if I get the problem too. _________________ David Michel |

I noticed that in PR7 pressing the "ESC" key to bring up the menu doesn't work. You have to hold it down in order to configure the emulator/pad or to select a rom.
I have a button mapped on my pad that brings up the menu. I can't use it in PR7 because all it does is quickly appear and then dissapears.
Does anyone else get this?
I did not have this problem in PR6 and older versions of ME 1.0. |

I can't reproduce this. Have you tried deleting your old pce.cfg file? |

I always use the new pce.ini file whenever there is a new release.. This is because I place the all the ME releases in new folders. This allows me to see the progress of the emulator with each release and to re-check errors or bugs fixes.
I have not changed any settings on my computer.
Again, the ESC key to bring up the menu works in PR 1 thru PR6 .

Kaminari mentionned the pce.cfg not the pce.ini
I deleted mine and that fixed the issue. _________________

Yep that worked...
The button that I mapped works fine...
However... if I map any button on my pad to bring up the main menu, on the keyboard in order to bring up the menu I have to hold down the ESC key. If I don't have a pad button mapped to the main menu then I only have to press the ESC key once to bring up the main menu and once to remove it.
This is not the case in ME 1.0 PR6 |

Power League '93
Power League 4
Power League 5
All have the exact same minor graphics glitch below. Player looks like he is standing in the Menu Field.

It's already reported (also happens in Kabuki Den, btw). This is an obscure and undocumented sprite priority trick which David is investigating. |

It's fixed, re-download PR 7.
This PR 7-2 also fixes Lodoss War and the sort bug in the load menu. _________________ David Michel |

It seems screenshots with very long filenames are not displayed in the GUI. Example:
