Hi guys,

I've been a happy user of Magicngine for sometime now, and i decided to check up on the website and noticed that V1.0 pr7 was released. Now i installed it and registered it to play. But when i go to boot up Rondo of blood all i get is a black screen and the frame rate numbers changing every now and then.

I then tried to boot the game up through an older 9.9 version and it now comes up with "no cd".

Pr7 recognises it as a PCE CD, and i've ran it through 9.9 heaps of times, but now all of a sudden cant seem to get either version to run this game.
(which is a burnt copy)

Also congrats on getting this new version to use the N64 adaptoid, as with 9.9 it wouldnt allow me to configure the buttons due to the analog stick. But with this new version i was able to config the D-pad.

So if anyone has any suggestions i would really appreciate it.
Thanks
Ruffy

I've tested Dracula X thoroughly and it works great with PR7.

You'll need to post a bit more info like your specs and your log file, that might help. In the meanwhile, try other games (ROMs or CDs), as your problem may well be related to your OpenGL drivers.

You made sure to move the system card roms over to the new directory,
right? Or, if you're using the same directory, you didn't erase them by
accident?
Dealing with all these news PR versions, I now actually keep a directory on
my desktop that contains my key and the three system roms so I can easily copy them over whenever the new version comes out.

This is my log file:
I noticed a couple of errors, with the hucard syscard3.pce and backup file.
could that be the problem?

And i apologise if it's a touchy subject, but where could i get these hucard files from?

Also i tried a normal rom and yes it worked fine.

I think i did erase the hucard or syscard files by accident.
