|
|
At work I have Military Madness, JJ & Jeff, Devil's Crush and Motoroader. Everything runs at 53-60 frames per second except Military Madness...
Military Madness drops down to 1 FPS or 7 FPS... that is is high-res mode or normal... besides that I use the default settings...
Any ideas? |

Here is an update, after a little testing... when I have the CONFIG> VIDEO set a x3 or higher it bogs down Military Madness to almost 1 FPS...
When I set it to x2 it runs at 53-60 almost continuously... but it is too small to play at that setting. |

I haven't downloaded the new emulator at home... I will download it tonight and test the Hi-Res x3 display and see if the game bogs down when you go into a battle...
Does anyone else have Military Madness?
Start a game, go Attack the enemy unit and when it starts to zoom in... SLOW... I will try it at home to see if it is my work PC... but my work PC has 1GB of RAM but the video is an on-board Intel 82865G Graphics Controller??? Who knows...
Anyone? |

No problem here on the GF3 (window mode, zoom 3x, hires).
It sounds like you have the default software OpenGL drivers from Microsoft, or maybe it's just that the 865G's OpenGL support is pretty bad. Anyway, go to Intel website, click on "download the latest drivers" and select your OS. |
