so faR I've only played Super Power League FX and Sparkling Feather.
I like Sparkling Feather, its pretty cool.
BUT THE GREATEST PCFX GAME THAT I HAVE EVER PLAYED IS.......
Super Power League FX!!
Its pretty fun. I don't need to understand hardly any Japanese and can actually play the game pretty well.
Pretty decent baseball game, with REALLY nice grafx.

Yes, it can be played by knowing little to no japanese if I remember correctly... I haven't played any of my pc-fx games in almost 2 years 
Games I really enjoyed though were:
Zeroigar
Zenki
Blue Breaker
Ruruli Ra Rura
and of course, Last Imperial Prince.
