I have found and fixed a bug in the video rendering code that could make ghost screens in some very special case, hopefully this will fix all those problems. Smile

About the gamepad problem, I encountered it a few times too but couldn't find something wrong in my code, dunno why it happens.

In my case, it seems to only happen with right and down directions. A perfect test is Final Match Tennis; try to change directions (up/down, left/right) very fast repeatedly, it will invariably block on right or down.

Yup, the bug happens all the time. Good job. Smile
But now I have to fix it. Razz

There seem to be a generic problem when loading a save state after a resolution switch.
You can check with The Kick Boxing (J) for exemple.

Make a save state while the game's current display is 256x224:

The game's resolution switch to 352x224 , the state is loaded at that moment:

The 256x224 resolution isn't restored properly:

I've noticed the resolution change thing, but it doesn't really bother me. It doesn't properly switch resolutions on Ys Book 1&2 or Dragon Slayer if you state load from the title pages into the game. The simple solution is just load a save file from within the game, then state load if you want.

- Yawara! II (J)
Freeze if you skip the intro cinematic.
Will be just fine if you let it go.
