Here' s a tool which allow you to make cheats for many emulators.
It's made by a chinese guy "Ydmis" From Emu-zone.
So check http://www.emu-zone.net/ for the original version.
Here's my french translation of emucheat with cheats added for about 103 games (mainly hucards ,cd games will follow).
Only cheat codes for Magic Engine in this releases:

2 versions:
EmuCheatFR-Full-install (avec snap)
EmuCheatFR-Light-install (sans snap)

Des codes pour 155 jeux Hucard et Cd dans cette version.
Ceci est le résultat de la collaboration de Raph99 et de moi meme Smile
D autre mises à jours suivront.
