Hello all, First time post. I am running OS 9.2.2 (for cd emu), 800mhz iBook and I'm having trouble getting the background music to play. I'm thinking maybe an extension conflict? I am using the 1.3.9 cd/dvd driver. Are there any other extensions I should update? Thanks. |

Given that that only CD game I have is Rondo of Blood, I'm not to certain what your problem is. Try using the base 9.2.2 extensions + the 1.3.9 cd extension and see what happens. If that doesn't solve it, try fiddling with your ME settings in the .ini file. If THAT doesn't work... it sounds like 0.99b4 is probably not 100% compatible with the game(s) in question. |

Well I got the music to play....but I had to use the cd/dvd extensions from OS 8! 2 different extensions: dvd rom 1.0 and cd rom 5.4.2. The only problem I'm having now is that the very first track (the warning track) plays when the game starts and sometimes through the beginning (intros) and through the first level of a game. I'm going to try a newer version of the cd/dvd extensions then I'll try the base ext. w/ 1.3.9 cd ext. Thanks for your reply. |

I figured out the "warning track" thing. It was my fault. Everything is working fine now. |
