If you install CrossOver Pro (www.codeweavers.com), MagicEngine works perfectly!
Just be sure to choose OpenGL as the driver and not DirectX.
With that, David and Cedric don't even need to do a port!
Pretty amazing stuff - I dual boot Win2k and Kubuntu Linux and can play in either environment.

| I can confirm that Magic Engine 1.1.3 works just fine under Wine 1.0 RC3. Video sync method 1 caused the video and sound to run way too fast, but method 2 worked just fine. |
