I remember a post of a thought of a way to do this and here's some idea's I thought of:
a) if there was a way for people who find cheats to upload them and edit their cheats, maybe have a comment bar at the bottom (that may or may not be seen in Magic Engine cheat menu) for who found the cheats for a certain game
b) if there was a way for people to download a list of all current cheats and extract them to their magic engine directory (or download one at a time)
c) because this would be ongoing work for the creators of magic engine, it would be better if this was able to be done automatically (ie. people upload their cheats, (maybe someone checks them and adds them to the master list), master list is compiled automatically as a zip
