could anyone help me get dracula x going

i have recently downloaded dracula X and burned it onto a CD everything turned out ok but everytime i try to play the CD i get the Konami screen with sound but after that it blacks out for a second and goes back to the emulater saying disk error. could anyone give me some insight on this issue? thanx.
