How do you save your game with the magic engine cd?Everytime I save and try to load the game it freezes up.Can you not save your progress since it is a cd?/Please help.Thanks

Do you mean with Magic Engine's save states or the CD-ROM's backup ram?

With save states its easy : just leave the lower part of the PCE.INI file blank like this :

;
; saved game path
; --
;

saved_games=

and Magic Engine will save games in its default directory.

With backup ram however, it depends on the particuliar game, but you might want to leave PCE.INI's [misc] section ;
; backup ram format
; --
; 0 -> old format (backup.ram)
; 1 -> new format (backup.dat, backup.idx) [default]
;

backup_ram=1

on default settings...
