Hello all
I've tried twice tonight to register Magic Engine. Both times I first received an email saying payment accepted and then one minute later an email saying payment refused. They contain no additional information on how to find out why it was refused. Anyone know what would cause this or how to repair?
Thanks

I assumed as much but my stuff is all on the up and up and since I wasn't given a way to investigate I was hoping that someone else had this happen or that a moderator would chime in with some insight.
I wish the author would just take paypal |

Sorry I can't help much, I receive the same kind of e-mail too when a customer's payment is refused, they give me no additional infos, but if your card is ok then it's probably your bank that is blocking the payment, sometimes they block the payments you make in foreign countries, even if your card is international, this already happened to a few MagicEngine users. Check with them. _________________ David Michel |

If David accepts PAYPAL payments, maybe he would allow you to try using that method instead of the online form? You are allowed to do a Bank transfer which might bypass the Credit Card problem. Good Luck |
