The game isn't freezing (as far as I know,) but I'm not getting any CD-Audio sound from the opening movie, or anywhere else for that matter. I'm also wondering if there is any way to activate the mouse, because Tokimemo is also compatible with the Turbo Mouse.
(Happy 10th Anniversary to Tokimemo in 4 days! It was first released on PC-Engine on April 27, 1994!)

Magic Engine sadly doesn't have mouse support for now.
About your audio CD problem, check that you have a CD-ROM audio cable between your drive and your sound card. ME only works in Analog Playback and requires such a cable. The next version will support Digital Playback. |

Ok, I played it on a different computer, and I am getting the CD-Audio, but apparently it DOES freeze at times when attempting to load certain minigames, like the hurdle relay during the sports festival, the fish catching game, and a couple of others.
Also, during Shiori's confession scene, there was no voice except for maybe two sentences at the very end. And, she was DEFINITELY supposed to be speaking, because her mouth was moving, but there was no text on the screen.
In the omake section, none of the freetalks are giving me any voice output.
I've only gotten Shiori's ending so far, so I really can't tell you if anything else if wrong yet, but I guess I'll try for Megumi next. |
