OK, I have resent you the key file.

Are you using the old or the new 1.0 version of MagicEngine? Because the key installation is a bit different for the old version. If you use the old version the key file name must be changed, the 'key.dat' file must be renamed to 'pce.key'.

Please teach installation of a MagicEngine_1.0 version, place RRL.
I cannot discover it in a Japanese page
Do I download a British thing?

Yes, download British version : http://www.magicengine.com/files/me100-english-pr10.zip.

Japanese version 1.0 is not available yet. Embarassed

Japanese support will be present in the next update.

The problem was settled.
